3000 Sq Ft Beach and Bay Condo

Location and price.

Lots of stipulations. Felt like someone was watching us the whole time. Tv would go on and off. Lights were shut off when we left. Assuming owner was inside when we left property. Kinda creepy.

The location was beautiful and the owner was so friendly! Wonderful experience.

The beds were comfortable and the view from the back terrace was nice.

This unit needs ALOT of maintenance. I really regret not renting the townhouse unit that was right next door as I was between the two. I am not sure how old the photos are that are with the listing but I feel it is not an accurate depiction of the unit today. There is an ant problem in the kitchen, the pool table is not usable, the towel rack fell off the wall, the carpet upstairs need cleaned or replaced, it needs a fresh coat of paint and there were missing baseboards. The owner lives downstairs which was also not explained until our arrival. The curfew is 10pm but it is next door to a bar/restaurant and you could hear people partying later than that. When I asked the owner about it her response was "If everything was perfect I would charge you $700 per night and $400 cleaning fee. Evaluate the value for the money." My response was that should have been communicated up front, then I could have made the informed decision to rent the unit next door for only $30 more. Giving this review so that others aren't also disappointed.

I loved that you had the sea side where you could watch the dolphins play and on the other side was the beach

I loved the location and the view off of the large back deck, which was so great and relaxing. Visits by crested night herons and the beautiful sounds of mourning doves. The sunrise was from the back and amazing. I loved the large common areas and the three bedrooms and three baths. We did not even use the three full beds in the loft. The TV was large and has lots of channels. The beach is a short walk right across the street and was beautiful and uncrowded. It was very clean and though a little worn, you could tell the decor was high end when it was placed. I would call it vintage chic. We really enjoyed our stay overall.

The kitchen was clean with great appliances, but some cabinet fronts were missing and updates needed in the cooking utensils and pots and pans. The pool table needs a new liner and new pool sticks are needed to actually play. We did not really play pool anyway.

Spacious, quick walk to beach, comfy sofas and chairs, plenty of them.

Im used to a memoryfoam mattress, I got backaches from the mattress, but could be individual preference.

From the moment you walked in you could smell the clean in the air. Back deck overlooked the bay and it was nice to hang out and cook and watch people fishing and enjoying the water. We all had our own bathroom and bedrooms. Laura had beach umbrellas and chairs for you to use while at the beach.The beach was a 3 minute walk and had alot of space at the beach to hang out. We ate at several restaurants that were within walking distance. It was a very nice stay all in all. And we had a couple of bird friends vist on the back deck.

The only thing that i felt was miss leading was the pool table. It literally was about to fall apart. The pool cues had no tips on them so it made it hard to play . We felt like at any moment it was going to collapse. This was one of the reasons for booking here. But we made it work. Had a few laughs about it for sure.
