3000 Sq Ft Beach and Bay Condo

This would be spacious for 3 couples with children so I was really pleased. It has fabulous views of the intercoastal that I loved. I usually stay oceanfront but learned there is much more to view on the intercoastal plus seeing the sunrise. The ocean is a short jaunt across Ocean blvd and down a short block to beach. The condo hosted 3 full bedrooms with attached bathrooms but I only used the master bedroom facing intercoastal that also has a hot tub. It also has a loft with beds for children. The tv in living room was exceptional as all appliances and a big bonus is the gas grill right outside on large porch. Normally you have to go downstairs to a shared grill in a condo but this one has your very own right on the porch. There is also a front porch to watch Gulf Blvd. I truly enjoyed it. I had a friend one morning pick me up at the dock right next door and went for a day of fishing. Location is great especially with SeaBreeze next door. I have been looking to buy and now will consider on the intercoastal.

The owner is somewhat demanding and didn't get back to me until around 4pm to check in even though I asked for an early check in because I flew in very early and most places have accommodated me but she has rules to send driver's license and reply to last 4 lines of contract about you & guests following. It was my fault I didn't read it because I treat the place like its my own and I understand, she wants protected from mischievous persons and tries to keep property well but I would have handled all this prior to even coming. I guess my only complaint was poor communication as I tried emailing & texting her 2-days to see if anything else was needed and she didn't respond until arrival day in the afternoon. Next time, I will know

The home was nice and clean. The veiw was beautiful watching the dolphins every morning. It is very convenient to the beach and restaurants.

No complaints. The home was perfect.

On the water. 2 blocks on other side to the Gulf. Great for bird watching, sunrise, sunset. Near restaurant. Easy access to main roads. Hospitable hostess. Very clean .

Gulf blvd is super busy 90% of the time. Racks in all closets were super dusty (we were in a wedding while there and had a suit and bridesmaid dress that needed hung).

The location was excellent. Beach and bay were conveniently accessible. Furnishings were outdated but comfortable. Convenient to eating establishments.

Main bedroom bathroom faucet needs to be replaced. Main bedroom mattress and/or box springs needs to be replaced (squeaked with every movement).
