3000 Sq Ft Beach and Bay Condo

The view

Rented this property for my family and I to stay at for a week to celebrate my daughters wedding. While this time was supposed to be a happy celebration, it was partially ruined by the owner of the property being very intrusive, rude and cantankerous. This rental is supposed to be a vacation home but she doesn't even want you to go outside after 10pm. Nothing in the booking says you can't open sliders after 10pm, yet she decided to sent texts complaining about them being opened. On one of the first nights, she came up on the deck sneaking around to look in the windows, instead of calling/texting first or knocking on the door(curtains are there for looks and not able to close for privacy). She then accused us of having “teenagers partying” and more than 8 of us in there. There were 8 people and the youngest person there was 23, and the oldest being in their 80s. She said we were up walking around and using the bathroom too much after 10pm!!! Im sorry but everyone is on vacation and this was the first time we have had our family ALL together in a long time, so we weren’t going to jump in bed and go to sleep at 9:59. Again, there were 8 of us and because my daughter brought her own pillows from home, she accused us of having an absurd amount of 16-17 people there. We invited her to come inside and count all 8 of us several times, yet she refused to every time. But decided to threaten to call the cops multiple times on us. Her idea of quiet time after 10pm means you can't move a chair or carry out a normal inside voice conversation. She lives right below and I swear she sits and waits to harass you via text. The next morning she stopped me to tell me how "very much" she liked me but then the next evening she sent me over 20 texts saying my family didn't belong in Redington Shores because we came home at 2am from celebrating my daughters wedding.

Great location. Lots of bed and space.

No pictures or descriptions show that the upstairs is an unenclosed loft accessed solely by a spiral staircase. It is a potential hazard for small children and people with any mobility issues. Also not marketed as a shared residence with two other properties.

Felt like we weren't able to do anything at property, owner lives directly below property so she took 10pm quiet time very seriously

The back porch was my favorite place. From the back porch we saw dolphins and manatees and an amazing sunrise.

beautiful view of the bay with dolphins and many bird species. Easy and quick access to the beach. The owner Laura is very friendly. House is spacious and we will definitely be back to stay here.

Location was excellent. Easy to get to beach. Good restaurants in walking distance. The owners were there when we got there. Live below

View was amazing! Tons of room for the two of us. I thoughts price was great compared to St. Pete Beach. Laura was very nice and accommodating. Close to anything you might need. Overall, great experience and we want to come back!
