Absolutely nothing.

Met by a gentleman with the keys, claims to be a church goer (continue to read to find out how wrong this is!) First issue was we ordered ubereats & found the intercom didn't work, we let him know and he claimed it was being fixed next week. Second issue (pictures attached) was the carpet was coming up and whilst walking around I cut my foot open on the pins that are suppose to be holding it down. We messaged him again politely to let him know. This is where is went drastically down hill. He then called us shouting at us about 'moaning about everything' and if 'we didn't want to stay there then just to leave' .... he was swearing at us and threatening to come over and kick us out. We were scared, we contacted booking.com and they were attempting to communicate with him but he was shouting at them too. So then I decided to inspect the flat properly and pictures attached of my findings: - holes in the walls - all carpets with not fitted properly with spikes sticking up - Dirty walls / food stains - Stains on sheets - sofa falliing apart and dirty Honestly save your money and go elsewhere. We left as soon as we could.

The loft style flat is comfortable and clean. The location is perfect only a stones thrown away from the heart of the main shopping district and plentiful restaurants.

The apartment is situated on the top of floor so beware if you are elderly.

Excellent location including a parking spot. The bed and sofa bed were very comfy. The host was friendly and kind.

The fridge door wouldn’t stay shut.

The location is great, very central. Alain was a lovely host. He kindly upgraded our room at no extra cost and left us a complimentary bottle of wine!
