The bed smelt of febreze, unfortunately I'm allergic to perfumes.

Perfect location with it being right in the centre of Leamington Spa. The host was lovely and met us when we arrived to show us around the house and to point things out. Loved that he provided tea, coffee and also milk and water which was a nice touch. The house was lovely and clean and the rooms were a nice size and good bathrooms.

Perfect size. All facilities you could need. Very cosy and shops and restaurants on doorstep...

The property was an ideal location, town centre, perfect for our needs. Within easy walking distance to The Parade, where you will find shop & and all manner of eateries. The Property was very clean & the host Alain was very helpful & obliging.

The location was very good, central for the town and also for the pump rooms and jephson gardens. Alain was very helpful. Met us with the keys and helped us to carry our luggage up to the apartment. It was the loft, 47 stairs, the last 12 quite steep.

We could not work the heating out and the fire did not work. Maybe some instruction books would be good.

- [ ] Central location, well equipped kitchen, Nespresso machine, drinking water in the fridge, kind host. Prompt to respond to request to increase heating.

- [ ] Loft apartment was on the third floor with steep and narrow stairs that could be life threatening if one falls. Not for my age group. Luckily the host carried up the 23kg large suitcase. - [ ] We did not know this will be a LOFT apartment until the day before we arrived. By that time it was already charged to my credit card. Had I known, I would have cancelled. - [ ] The loft was narrow and cramped. Not recommended for anyone above 5’8. - [ ] Bedroom: mattress old and too soft for my back. One side of the bed had only 4 feet head clearance and virtually no leg room because of the slant roof. - [ ] The bathroom had stairs from the bedroom, with potential for a fall in the dark if one has to go out during the night. - [ ] YouTube slow or erratic reception, non-responsive to remote (battery needs changing?) - [ ] Windows leaky. On a stormy evening one could hear the wind howling around the single pane windows. - [ ] Dirty bedspread (see photo). The apartment could use a major cleaning. - [ ] No place to hang a coat or unpack. The only child-size cupboard in the bedroom already loaded with household items; ironing desk, dryer raft, a heater. There are no hangers in apt. No night table next to the bed. - [ ] TV room has a leather couch that is too wide to sit comfortably on it. - [ ] Main entrance door to the street does not close automatically. I found it open three times in three days, which means anyone can walk in off the street. - [ ] Street parking was ok if one could find a spot. Not guaranteed. I ended up parking several streets away. Not a tragedy but inconvenient.
