Amazing location beautiful apartment there were 7 of us plenty of room

Small thing but no covers for duvets.

L'emplacement et le confort de l'apartement en plein coeur du quartier Gros, à 10min du centre historique à pied. Corresponds aux photos. Praticité et conseils pour récuperer le logement.

Pour la personne qui dormait dans le séjour, le volet roulant ne fonctionnait pas, et pas de voilage opaque à ce niveau. Quelques éléments abimés (bonde de douche cassées, papier peint entrée...).

The beds were very comfortable and the location was great.

Very disappointing experience overall. The WiFi was effectively unusable—although it appeared connected, there was no actual signal. Compounding the issue, cellular service in the apartment was virtually nonexistent, leaving us without any reliable means of communication. The condition of the living room was particularly concerning. The couch was visibly stained and unclean, to the point where we felt the need to cover it with a towel before sitting. Additionally, the décor appeared neglected, with paintings and decorations askew, giving the space a dishevelled and poorly maintained feel. The kitchen was inadequately equipped, lacking even basic essentials such as paper towels, hand towels, and simple staples like salt and pepper. The bathrooms were also missing standard toiletries, which is an expected convenience nowadays, especially for travellers relying on carry-on luggage who cannot easily bring such items. Attempts to contact the host went unanswered, both during our stay and afterward, which was particularly frustrating given the circumstances. Considering the price paid for a two-night stay, I expected a significantly higher standard of cleanliness, amenities, and responsiveness.

L'emplacement par rapport à la ville est top. La literie est très confortable et l'appartement est bien équipé. 2 salles de bains avec WC. Sopalin, poches poubelles, nécessaire à vaisselle et lave vaisselle à disposition

Rien de spécial. La chasse d'eau d'une des salles de bain fuyait un peu. La présence de sel et poivre aurait été appréciable.

Las almohadas muy duras.

Las almohadas,muy incómodas.

El alojamiento está súper bien, es muy grande y las camas muy cómodas.

Creo que tienen que mejorar las almohadas porque las que hay son súper incómodas.
