Great and effective communication, clean, spacious apartment with the comforts of home. Felt safe and secure.

The location. close to the Marina, shops and restaurants. Place is functional as we have everything we need. The owner provides detailed check in and check out instructions and can be contacted straight away.

No air conditioning units. the stairs is not child and elder friendly. This is not a big issue for us though.

No aircon , no block out blinds so sun beats in at 5.30 am . The mattress in the bunks beds were old soft and springing ( horrendous ) . Kitchen not great or functional, the Stove top had the symbols gone ribbed off and was old ! Kitchen cabinets a were filthy . Needs a complete renovation the walls and doors are dirty and one door had a hole in it , terrible old window curtains through out , sofa in lounge room was uncomfortable.

Good location. Beds were comfy and had nice, soft bamboo sheets.

A little difficult to find the unit as it doesn't have a number above the door like the others. The property had steep stairs and no air-conditioning, very hot in the morning / afternoon sun. Complex felt a little 'dodgy'. Very high price for what you get.

Very good location, close to shops, food outlets and the beach.

The door handle for one or the bedrooms (bunk beds) was broken so it locked the door from inside (eg: once someone closed the door, it couldn’t be opened from the inside - someone needed to open it for you from the outside). This could be a potential future safety issue.
