The Owner called the afternoon we were supposed to check in to say we could NOT. He was in the apartment and we could NOT stay there.

We were left at extremely last minute on an incredibly busy weekend with no accommodation

The place had no street no or number on the unit.It was difficult to find. Neighbours helped. keycode had Been changed.owner hadnt uploaded it. We were a little early 1.15pm, but cleaner had been and bed linen was clean. Rest of the Place was filthy. Kitchen table very dirty.many plates and utensils were the same in the cupboards. Dirty used grilling dish left in oven. Oven smelt. Dishwasher stunk, filthy with food blocking outlet pipe. Dishwasher not working at all. All Floors, kitchen sink & tap dirty. Fridge dirty. Wasn't stated on website about the narrow steep stairs to the bedrooms Remote batteries for the bedroom fans missing or flat. We finally figured next day we had to use the one remote for downstairs fan and share it for upstairs.so no cooling or lights upstairs first 24 hours. This Place is run down and outdated. And should not be listed on Booking.com in its present state. Needs a professional clean and upgrade.

The noisy neighbors

Close to shops.

Wasn’t very clean. No aircon and it’s super stuffy and smells of cigarettes. Cockroaches.

The location was good.

Very disappointed that there was no air-conditioning. When we first walked into the property, it felt very stuffy, and there was an odour that smelt stale.

Great location close the waterway

Would have been great to point out that the property has no air conditioning as I’m sure most people would assume this would be a standard in any accommodation. Wouldn’t have booked if we had realised! Ait was the middle of January we had an uncomfortable stay in the heat with young children.
