Poor instructions and internal instructions to use property. Property not at all like the pictures. More of an air bnb

Access to the property is tricky. Hair dryer is missing. Hot water is inconsistent

Location was central. Beds were comfortable.

Apartment was not quite as advertised. Photos did not accurately reflect actual accommodation. There were safety and hygiene concerns. Balustrade railing on second level was very low, not safe for children (questionable if legal but I didn't have a tape measure to check). Electrical concerns such as piggy-backed power board (main bedroom) and light shade not fixed properly (stairwell). Trip hazards (ill fitting rugs etc), falls hazards (photo frames not hung propely). Lots of maintenance issues (broken taps, door handles, mould on bathroom ceiling, holes in doors). Apartment faces main busy road, and sheer curtains do not provide appropriate privacy at night from cars & homeless sleep ing at bus shelter immediately in front. Traffic noise is loud, quality block out curtains would help a lot. Hygiene concerns include reusing old chux dishcloth/scourer (give new guests new ones each time). Also linen (flannels, hand towels) and soap dispensers not locked down or away to ensure no contamination between guests. Recommend investing in lockable dispensers and putting all extra linen away in locked cupboards. Ultimately very disappointed, especially given the price point for this accomodation.

Location was great, apartment was well looked after.

The hot water ran out really quickly, so bathing my 4 kids was a longer task than usual. We were late to an engagement party because I had to wait for the water to get hot again to bathe the children. Messaged the owners about the water situation but still no response. When the sun was shining on the door, I couldn't see the numbers to press to unlock the door. Unfortunately we probably won't be staying here again
