Good location for Brighton and Hove and beach. Lots of nice resteraunts in walking distance. On bus route. Loveley room with amazing bathroom

Main door downstairs out to road needs fixing as hard to close. Plug in sink got stuck closed so needs looking at.

The room and bathroom were a real statement and it was a spacious and nicely furnished room.

The safety aspect( the main door to the building was almost impossible to close at times) was a really issue as a woman staying on her own. This needs to be rectified. The room, whilst nicely furnished etc was tired and the cleanliness was not the best, scum on hand soap bottles as one example. It was also so noisy at night, every time a heavy vehicle went along the main road, the bed shook even though it wasn't on the ground floor. The stairs would be an issue for anyone with mobility issues but I appreciate this is reflected in the rooms description. These minus points are a real shame as the room was lovely.

Hele mooie ruime kamers met een grote badkamer. Erg fijn.

Door handle wasn’t attatched to the bathroom and my wife got locked in. I had to fix it with a knife. The sink was blocked and I’m not completely convinced the sheets were fresh
