Great location nicely decorated staff were really lovely!

It looked like all the decoration was a bit tired with random holes in the walls and bathroom was pretty dirty, particularly the shower area

It's my favourite place to stay in Brighton. The size of the rooms are always incredible, it's such a lovely living space. The bathroom is amazing with such a lovely roll-top bath to soak in! The location is perfect for wanting to explore the North Laines, or wandering down to the beach.
