The room was very spacious. The bathroom exceeded expectations. There were plenty of extras to further improve our stay and make us feel at home.

Great room, everything you need. Once you’ve got the keys you’re left to your own devices which we like. Kitchen sink in the room is a great added extra, loads of extras available, tooth brush, slippers, ear buds, even sewing kit. Really enjoyed the bay window, comfy seating around it. Great location, modern room. Friendly staff.

The room was clean but could definitely be better, down the side of the bed tables need hoovering, bay window cushion needs removing to clean down the sides of it. Two chairs in room need dusting and remote needs cleaning, few sticky marks on there.

Generally a nice property, good location it is on the main road. Like it felt luxurious, but there was certain elements that just really let it down. Plenty of space, like good spec room but slipping on some points. Nice being able to have a kettle in the fridge and a sink to wash up. Lovely bath, sadly they didn’t get to use it.

Plastic hospital pillows. Empty bottles of soap in bathroom, and open soap bars in shower. Didn’t feel shower bit was 100% clean. Blind grotty in bathroom. One milk sachet in kitchen area., hadn’t been replenished.
