Avondale, Lytham - Unique and luxury apartment in the heart of Lytham

Location, plenty of parking Double bed comfy Quiet area

On arrival, the room was freezing, windows had been left ajar, we managed to get the radiator on and when confident warming up we headed into St Anne's for the afternoon. After realising no cooking facilities other than a microwave and toaster (even though oven is on advert) we went to the supermarket and had to plan our evening meal using only microwave and toaster. When we returned around 6, apartment was freezing again (of course we had closed the windows before going out but radiator had gone off) we could not get it back on so had to ring owner who remotely turned back on, we were convinced heating had been turned off remotely when we went out, no evidence that's just our speculation! Spare bedding for my 6 year old grandson and his friend was in a basket in the entrance, it was that cold, it felt wet! More heating is definitely required. Very, very small room which was OK as the 4 of us only stayed 1 night, more than 1 night would have been an issue! Nowhere to eat, we had to eat on the bed Nowhere to hang wet coats/clothes Minimal towels/teatowels Shower was no more than a warm trickle and after a cold afternoon, a hot shower for all of us was needed Bedding old, unironed, stained and really poor quality Wallpaper peeling off wall above window My review in my opinion is constructive criticism. The advert states 'luxury apartment ' this needs to be amended! At £148 for 1 night my above feedback needs to be addressed, would of left a more positive review if we had paid £80 - £90

Great price in a beautiful city! Also cute studio with plenty of coffee, tea, hot cocoa & milk. Also loved usb cube!

Shower was freezing, definitely need a new hot water heater. Used both cushions for futon so was fine, however if both futons were used would’ve been very uncomfortable with one cushion.

No were to hang clothes
