Avondale, Lytham - Unique and luxury apartment in the heart of Lytham

Shower pressure a bit on the low side.

Comfortable and cosy

Lovely small apartment with good facilities. Nicely decorated and furnished. Christmas tree too.

Heating on but not too warm, but extra blankets and hot water bottles supplied, but was cold and raining outside. Leaking roof,water dripping on window sill, but looks like it's been noticed, and hopefully dealt with.

The location

Was freezing when arrived ..eventually got heating on but wasn't warm my elderly mum had to sleep in her clothes and coat the bed was damp .the carpet was smelly and wasn't comfortable at all we left as could not stay there the owner didn't give us any refund .spoilt our Christmas..its far from luxury and not acceptable ..my Dog didn't even want to stay there ...There was a leak near window and smelt of damp ..awful experience!!!!

Great location everything close by and had all essentials in one room

Couldn't get hot water in the shower, don't know if it was us not being able to use it properly or it wasn't working. Not a big deal to us but could be for the next guests

There was a problem with the heating, although the host sorted this for me as soon as they could.

room was perfect and just right for our needs,decent vfm and ideal location,great that there is on and off road parking,and also near to good facilities.\{°¿°}/. See you in the near future. Ray (Donnas) Donohue .Manchester.

Lovely & clean, had everything we needed, coastal walk around the corner, a high street with all you could need & a perfect location to visit Blackpool. Would definitely recommend & we would stay there again.

Nothing to dislike, but would only recommend for 2 adults to stay.

Position was good

Pillows filthy mattress needs replacing

The heating controls took time to work out and on/off times seemed to be linked to the main house.
