The Pier View apartment is accessed by steep stairs. The Lord Nelson apartment is located in the basement area but it has natural daylight in both rooms. When booking for 7 nights or more, different policies and additional costs will/may apply. The property will contact Guests after Booking with further details. Please note that this property cannot accommodate hen and stag parties. Any people under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a person of 21 years or over. Please supply the property with the ages of any children staying. Public parking is available at a location nearby (Royal Terrace) with special reduced rates made directly with Pier View. Subject to availability on arrival. Please note, 24/7 security cameras operate in all communal areas of the building.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. "Absolutely fabulous a must stay"

Absolutely first class Georgian apartment, very spacious well presented and had everything we needed and more. Calm, comfortable, welcoming such a nice vibe in the modern yet full of Georgian period character house. The extras from host were unexpected and fabulous a lovely touch. Owner Ed was fantastic a really lovely host. Highly recommend a stay 5 Star ⭐️ plus we will absolutely be coming back . Lovely balcony view of the sea and area and real gem of a find thank you we loved it. 😊

"Great accommodation"

Great accommodation, characterful building, which has been well looked after by the owners, who were helpful with everything. They will gladly assist with luggage if required. The spacious rooms had all we could wish for. A pint of milk and fresh water in the fridge, a nice touch. Coffee machine with pods ready to go. Very comfortable. Quality bed. Clean and tidy. Great location , near everything , but a quite street , we had no noise late at night. Our room had 3 lovely windows overlooking the front, wonderful when the sun is out in the morning!. Shared longe area on the 1st floor has a balcony. Nice area to chill

The host Ed has been exceptionally polite, kind and hospitable. From start to finish, it’s just been such a nice experience. The property is in a great location, it was comfortable and fit for the purpose of our stay. Thank you for a pleasant stay, being welcoming and accommodating.

"Perfect apartment for my stay in Southend"

Brilliant apartment where you have an ensuite bedroom and then a lounge/diner/kitchenette in an adjoining room. There is everything you could need eg big towels, good range of crockery and utensils in the kitchen area, various fittings for the hairdryer. Plenty of extras including milk, a range of jams and sauces, and some snacks. I was there for a conference which was just a few minutes' walk away so the location was ideal for me. Owners were available and friendly to exactly the right level. Will definitely stay here if I visit Southend again.
