The Pier View apartment is accessed by steep stairs. The Lord Nelson apartment is located in the basement area but it has natural daylight in both rooms. When booking for 7 nights or more, different policies and additional costs will/may apply. The property will contact Guests after Booking with further details. Please note that this property cannot accommodate hen and stag parties. Any people under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a person of 21 years or over. Please supply the property with the ages of any children staying. Public parking is available at a location nearby (Royal Terrace) with special reduced rates made directly with Pier View. Subject to availability on arrival. Please note, 24/7 security cameras operate in all communal areas of the building.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. "Great stay comfortable accommodation friendly owner."

Lovely Georgian property, tastefully decorated. The owner Ed met us on arrival and made us feel very welcome . Apartment was close to shops but had great views of the sea and the pier on a quiet street.

"Great location, great hosts"

Everything was great. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts. We were met at the door by Ed who showed us to our apartment and showed us around. There was a welcome hamper which we were grateful for. The communication was great, messages answered quickly and when we were leaving Mag came down to say goodbye. Perfect location for town, pier and seafront. We would definitely recommend to others and are looking forward to staying again in the future

"A delightful stay by the sea"

Although quite small self catering apartment everything was so beautifully appointed. Furnishings of excellent quality. Everything we needed. Lovely coastal views and the perfect spot for us to unwind before a 24 hr flight back to Australia Have loved 6 weeks meandering through the UK. Thank you Ed.

The apartment was lovely we had everything we needed and more.We could come and go as we pleased the Peir View was in an ideal place it was only a few steps from the town shopping center and a few to the beach literally everything was on the door step absoultly amazing.
