Trendy Central 1 Bed Flat with Roof Terrace

This flat was lovely! Very relaxing stay with so many ammenities provided. The terrace was fantastic in sunny weather!

The property is really well presented and has all the amenities you need. The location is fabulous, above a lovely store on a street which has varied stores, lovely coffee shops and close to restaurants. We loved it and would highly recommend.

Great well equipped apartment right in the centre of the North Lanes, fantastic location to be right in the middle of things and a ten minute walk to the promenade. Surrounded by artisan shops, cafes and bakeries it couldn’t be better placed. Great atmosphere and vibe.

The pub was loud on Saturday night, we did expect that being right next door. It didn’t bother us too much, we still managed to sleep ok. When the pubs and cafes close it’s a very quiet street and lovely for breakfast at one of the local cafes in the morning.

It was central to everything, roof terrace added a good extra. Everything you would need in the kitchen.

Communication with host was perfect and entry to the flat was well organised and simple. The flat itself was perfect for exploring all that Brighton has to offer - and we really enjoyed being amongst 'the buzz' of The Lanes (near all the coffee shops, bars, quirky retail outlets etc). The flat was very clean and comfortable and was the perfect base for our stay. The terrace was wonderful too and is a real sun-trap on a Summer's day. Overall, perfect for a stay in Brighton. Would highly recommend and we will certainly book again for our next stay.

Nothing at all. We've stayed in many flats/hotels over the years - and this one ticked all the boxes! The host/flat very much deserves its high rating.
