perfect Brighton position & surrounded by all the smells of fresh coffee fresh bread etc etc & if you like to gaze out of the window and watch the world and peoples going by, it’s perfect! The flat was spotlessly clean & fresh perfect size for the weekend, in fact if the property came up for sale?! i’d purchase it.! It’s that beautiful.. thoroughly maintained throughout with modern comfy furniture too.. Having the roof terrace was another beautiful bonus too.. We had glorious sunshine & the very well laid out garden terrace was fabtastic… This will definitely become a go to booking in the future 1000% yes come guys & gals you’ll regret it if you don’t 🙏

The location is terrific. Minutes from the train station and about 10 minutes to the beach. Loved the neighborhood, very Bohemian. The flat is well designed, light and airy and clean. Well equipped kitchen and comfy bed. Large bathroom.

Stairs are narrow with suitcases.

Cost was doubled for July and it was overpriced

The property was immaculate and had everything you need for a short or long stay. The terrace was lovely to sit out on during the late evenings and early mornings. The flat is above Merrie Berries pretty bead shop on Sydney Road, which has many interesting shops. We really enjoyed mooching around the lanes and it’s not far to walk to the seafront. So many eateries to choose from and a lovely bakery opposite called The Flour Pot. Don’t be phased that the flat is next door to a pub - it isn’t noisy at night and it’s really chilled pub. Great location! Brighton is a great place to explore other destinations too! I would definitely return. Thankyou Melanie and thankyou to the cleaner too. :)
