Trendy Central 1 Bed Flat with Roof Terrace

It is a very nice and cozy and centrally based appartment. Kitchen is fully equipped, washing mashine has an incorporated dryer, we didnt miss anything wirhin 10 days stay.

The seagulls are really loud 😉

Incredible central location next to train station, in easy walking distance to beach. Modern apartment with a lovely roof terrace for summer days.

Perfect location and really comfortable, v clean and well laid out. The rooms were all a good size, particularly considering the flat’s excellent location; the beach, station and lots of brilliant restaurants and pubs are within a short walk. An added bonus was being able to people watch from the kitchen window with our morning coffee!

The flat is central and next door to a pub so there is the potential for some exterior noise, esp late at night. Having said that, it wasn’t a problem when we stayed in July (Sun–Thurs).

Perfect location in the middle of North Laine area, surrounded by cafes and independent shops.

Property was beautiful. Only one issue for us is that the bed was too small and soft for 2 large people. Would be useful to mention bed size on the description. Everything else perfect 😊😅

The apartment is lovely - comfortable bed, nice kitchen, great couch - and the roof terrace made a big difference.

No significant issues. Tech could generally be a bit better, e.g. poor wi-fi strength, limited TV offerings (these are important for rainy days :-)

The apartment was clean and comfortable and in a good central location. The kitchen was well stocked and the hosts were helpful and communicated all the details that we needed.
