Central One-Bedroom, 99 Steps to the Sea

I loved the property! The location was great about a 10-minute walk from the shopping centre, and there were plenty of takeaways nearby if you didn’t want to travel far to eat. It was very easy to find, and had a cosy feeling that was perfect for two people. It has a lovely homey atmosphere. There were extra pillows and blankets available if needed, and even though we didn’t use the heaters often, there was one in both the living room and the bedroom. It is on the smaller side, but that didn’t bother us at all we actually loved it so much that we decided to stay an extra day! Although it was a bit noisy outside at times, they provided earplugs next to the bed which was a thoughtful touch. And the view was great too! Overall, an amazing stay and we would definitely visit again.

One small thing was that the main door into the building was sometimes a bit difficult to open and didn’t always close properly unless we tried a few times. It was only a minor inconvenience though, as the actual door to the apartment itself worked perfectly fine.

It had a good kitchen available to cook your own meals it’s near to the beach and all places to visit.

Small comfy and great area of Brighton. Quite then expected. Ear plugs where available if needed

Very little. It was bright.

without a doubt the worst place I have stayed. Black mould on window sills, painfully uncomfortable lounge that slips on floor. No top sheet, no full sized plates. Filthy unsafe entrance. Horrendous putrid, steep stairs 48 to get to apartment. Unhelpful agent when I requested a sheet due to overheat and too noisy to open window. Altogether creepy and unsafe feeling.

Loved the location its opposite The Queens Arms, which I would highly recommend. The seafront is within a few minutes' walk. The apartment was nicely decorated with the basics to make our stay comfortable.

Sofa bed wasn't comfortable, ok for one person two wouldn't be able to sleep on this. The bathroom is small, so just be wary of this if you're tall as you might be too tall for a shower. Bit of dust around skirting boards could do with a deeper clean. A number would also be handy for this apartment in case we leave the keys. The owner takes a while to respond on here. Other than these small things we did enjoy our stay and we would return.
