Stylish and Spacious, Downtown Mount Maunganui

The flat is large, well equipped and a short walk from restaurants and bars.

The main bathroom is looking a little tired now but still works well.

Spacious apartment with parking walking distance to shops and restaurants. Good amenities when staying for a weekend.

Nothing - the bathroom fan was a bit intermittent may need to be looked at.

Very easy to grab the keys from the lockbox, and the apartment is awesome and in a great location. The apartment is super clean, it has a great kitchen and we would highlty recommend it.

Location was good however the noise on street with people partying until around 2am was not good!! Also the traffic noise was rather annoying if you had the doors to deck open during the day. Even with everything closed it kept us awake especially the motor bikes roaring up and down.

Far too house and felt the apartment was a little tired. Bathrooms were very old. However everything was very functional but needs a bit of updating. Also a little inconvenient having to go to a different address which was about 3km away to get keys out of a lock box and return them there. Why isn’t there a lockbox at the property we booked?

The room was spacious and the location was good. However, the price was quite high, so I think it was worth it. Also, the key exchange place was very far away and difficult to find.

Place was great. Location was great. Shower had brilliant pressure. Information on how to check in/check out was easy to understand with lots of pics for surety. Car space available which was good.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, stylish, and well-maintained the property was. The spacious open-plan living area felt modern yet welcoming, and the fully equipped kitchen made it easy for us to whip up meals when we weren’t dining out. The large balcony was a highlight—perfect for relaxing with a coffee or enjoying a meal outdoors with the fresh Mount Maunganui air. The apartment’s location is unbeatable, right on the main strip of downtown Mount Maunganui. We were steps away from an array of fantastic restaurants, lively bars, and charming shops—everything we needed was at our fingertips. It’s just a 5-minute stroll to the stunning beaches and a quick 2-minute walk to Four Square for any essentials. Whether we wanted to explore the vibrant neighborhood or unwind by the sea, the convenience was exceptional. The apartment itself was thoughtfully designed and incredibly comfortable. With a king-sized bed in the master (complete with ensuite), a queen bed, and two singles, it easily accommodated our needs. The inclusion of Sky TV, unlimited internet, Apple TV, and a selection of games kept us entertained during downtime. Parking for two cars was a bonus, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. What stood out most was the attention to detail—spotless interiors, modern furnishings, and all the amenities you could ask for, from a fully equipped laundry to a secure entry. It truly felt like a home away from home, blending style with practicality. If you’re looking for a clean, spacious, and perfectly located getaway in Mount Maunganui, this apartment is an absolute gem. We’ll definitely be back!
