The location is nice and the garden is nice

I booked this property in February for my stay in late July. Just a few weeks before my booking they almost double the price because there’s ‘been an error’ - the error I believe was realising Camp Bestival was on the same weekend I was staying and they wanted to make more money. Sadly it was too close to the stay that I couldn’t find anywhere else so had so choice but to deal with their greed and stay. The place itself? The bed is very hard, lumpy and uncomfortable. Absolutely not what you expect when they’re charging almost £200 a night. Facilities are not as described - there is no microwave, but a weird toaster oven grill. No use for me when I’d brought meal prep to heat up in a few minutes in the advertised microwave which wasn’t there! Then when it comes to checking out, it clearly says 10.30am. It’s 10.15 and I’m packing up, almost out the property when I’m asked if there’s a problem with check out because it’s at 10am - I explain my booking says 10.30! They seem to think they can unilaterally change the booking so it suits them - price and check out time. For the amount they charge this place is an absolute rip off.

Lack of information - to use grill/oven and local amenities/guides. Some local maps, walks to take direct from the accommodation and other amenities e.g. places to visit and eat out would have been good.

Very comfy bed. Good utensils and facilities in the kitchen area. Great spot, just near the pub.

Given the lack of a shop in Worth, it would be nice to have a better range of food in the shepherds hut, eg eggs, non dairy milk, bit more for breakfast.

Cosy and practical lovely decor homely So quiet with beautiful view to the sea and a lovely little garden .

Wonderful location, very peaceful, lovely self-contained unit with all that you need. Enjoyed the gorgeous setting. Exceptional cleanliness.

The location is great, really special!!! You can really see the sea from your bed. Beautiful little hut, renovated and equipped with everything you need, very clean. Beautiful garden and quiet. Lots to see and hike around, "Woodhenge" and a nice pub around the corner. Stayed there for one night only but would have loved to stay longer. Self check-in really easy.

It is a tiny house - so everything, especially the bathroom, is tiny, you have to keep that in mind. But still perfect for a couple of nights if you don't need much space :-)

The bottle of wine that is mentioned in the details was not there ! The coffee pot was dirty No oven mit/glove for the bbq which was dangerous
