Purbeck Shepherd Huts

The hut was in a beautiful garden and easy to access. It’s a lovely quiet space with sea views and the hut was equipped with everything you needed. The local pub is quirky and interesting with a exhibition of fossils.

Space is a bit tight but only to be expected in a hut.

Great location for a quiet weekend break. Fantastic views and access to walking paths. Amazing use of space to provide a comfortable living area, well equipped kitchen and the small private garden and BBQ area all added to a lovely weekend stay

There was nothing to dislike

We had difficulty accessing the property as no joining instructions had been sent .. The hut was as advertised but it was a small space to manage in

We absolutely loved this little Shepherd’s hut. It was perfect for our two night stay. It had everything we needed and was super cosy. The views out of the window were stunning. We will definitely be back!

Location

What's not to like! Peaceful location with stunning views. 2 minutes walk to the Square and Compass pub. Coast path and Purbeck Way on the doorstep. The hut itself is like a TARDIS with more space inside than there looks to be from the outside. It is well stocked . Free tea, coffee, milk, wine and muesli a nice touch.

In order to provide storage underneath the bed is a little high for the vertically challenged. A small folding step would be helpful.
