Ocean Beach Club

this property is in a great location right off a quiet part of the beach. The pool was a comfortable temperature.

our condo was not nearly as clean as we would have liked when we got there. There were dead bugs in the toilet, and under the bathroom sink. The floors were grimy. Overall, it was just an old unit that is outdated and pretty beat up. 

The location was perfect! We loved the condo. We loved the heated pool. We had plenty of towels and hot water. We loved having a little patio and our own parking space in front. The door code was convenient so we didn't have to remember a key or card.

That our vacation was not long enough. LOL Honestly, the only thing that might have helped, was having a list of nearby places to eat. Oh, and an ice cube tray for the freezer.

Location was great. Easy access to beach and heated pool. Place was large enough for my wife and I.

Had a small issue when someone parked in my assigned space without a permit and we had to park in someone else's spot which I did not want to put someone else out, but management could not do anything about. Small inconvenience, but no enforcement of rules on this matter. It resolved itself within two days when they took someone else's spot.

We love this property and this is our second stay as it’s a perfect location for a quiet beach get away. Unit 3 has amazing views even in poor weather. Cleanliness just met the bar on standards, not spotless though. Floors tend to be sandy and some spare hairs in cracks and corners. Pro tip - bring extra towels and pillows. Office staff was nonexistent but not necessarily needed. It’s overall a 10/10 compared to other beach front properties in the area. Also pool is heated and beach walkway is open even though we were told it was closed. It was a great stay for my family. We will gladly come back.
