Ocean Beach Club

Location was beachfront as described. Walkable to a few restaurants. Pool was clean and nicely heated.

I booked a beachfront condo. 1 day before my stay, I was contacted by the property manager saying the unit was no longer available but they could put me in a beach view unit instead. Or I could have my deposit back. After further discussion I learned that the timeshare owners had asked for their unit and they were allowed to bump us out. We accepted the other unit bc I didn’t have time to look for somewhere else, it being the day before my vacation. The property manager said there I would be charged the difference in the prices of the lesser unit. Instead I was charged the full amount and now need to spend time and energy resolving that error. I can’t recommend this group of condos to anyone. Also, the bathroom floors were dirty.

Great communication. Right on the beach. Thought there was only one bedroom when I booked, but there were two - nice surprise not having to use the pull out sofa.

Only one parking spot per unit, but that seems to be typical for the area. Was able to find on street parking on 24th street - less than 5 minute walk away.

It was quiet and clean. The air conditioning, hot water, and water pressure worked great. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals. Unbeatable location right off the beautiful beach yet close to restaurants and convenience stores. Staff was top-notch; very responsive and accommodating.

Pillows and mattresses weren't very comfortable.

It was close to the ocean. Great location!

Liked having a full kitchen to prepare meals, being close to the pool and steps away from the beach . Small, quiet, friendly, great location.

The garbage disposal was broken, we reported it and it was never fixed. The toilet seat needs replacing as there were exposed wood spots on the seat where to white paint had worn off. There were brown stains on the wall by the toilet and a build up in the corner of the bathroom behind the toilet where the wall met the tub.
