Ocean Beach Club

Quiet area, close to stores and restaurants. Property on the beach.

Location was incredible. Right on the ocean. Can sit out on the patio for morning coffee and watch the sunrise or just listen to the waves in the evening over a glass of wine.

The beds in the twin room were not comfortable and the pillows had plastic wrap on them underneath the fabric pillow cases.

Good location. Area as well as the property was damaged by the hurricane. The unit we had until the last night had sustained damage during the hurricane/ tropical storm Nichole. Stains on the ceiling which had been painted, air freshener to mask the smell of damp. Swimming pool not in use due to damage. The points were raised about the unit when a representative of the resort visited the unit, but no offer of another unit was made. On our last day out of five , we met the manager of the resort who offered a upgrade which we duly accepted. We were informed by the manager that a offer of an upgrade should of been offered on the day of arrival, but the employee made no such offer, The upgraded room was great, disappointed that a offer was not made sooner, if we had a upgrade from day one, we would of been really happy with the stay despite the damage to the resort and beach. Great beach and sea views from the upgrade, but please don’t accept unit 10, (our first unit ) as it only has one little window , informed by the manager that it will not be used again.

Unit 10, and no offer of a alternative until the last day , even though issues with unit 10 highlighted to resort.

Very nice location… Close to restaurants… And shopping… Had a great time… Staff were very pleasant and helpful… The unit was nicely decorated… And clean… Enjoyed the beach…

excellent location, close to restaurants, etc., well-stocked kitchen, lots of towels. King size bed in master with private bath. very clean. right on the beach, fabulous view. nice pool.

the second bedroom beds and pillows have a plastic layer under the sheets which crinkle every time you move. Pillows very uncomfortable. probably done with children in mind, but not good for adults. they supplied one very small bar of soap to be used for both sink and shower.

Absolutely amazing up until Ian ran us off. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Praying the damage here is not too bad because we definitely want to come back since our vacation got cut short. Everyone was so friendly and I hope all of you are safe!
