Proximity to beach and shops and cafes

Windows were very dirty which was unfortunate as a couple had been cleaned which made those not done worse

The location is fantastic, just a stones throw away from the beach and shops and food options. The place was very tidy and the quality of the bed and linen and towels etc was top notch.

I didn't realize it was under an existing property. I think the owners live in the main house. They were awfully quiet but you knew they were there. Also for some reason maybe due to the vacuum created by other doors in the main house, the doors to the studio would rattle really loud if opened by others. We stuck some cardboard to tighten them but it didn't really work.. If you are a light sleeper, that might affect you, so be aware..

Great location 1 block from the beach and 2 to the shops. Spacious and sunny unit. Plenty of room to enjoy our 5 day break in the BoP.

Loved the location to beach and Main Street for bars, restaurants and shops. Comfortable bed and quiet location, with everything we needed, washing machine - easy to use and a great price - spot on for a memorable break in Mount Maunganui.
