Retreat on Rita ~ Downtown Mount Maunganui with beach access

Clean and had everything we needed. And a hairdryer, too. Thank you for this :) Also the location is right beside a pathway leading to the beach in one direction and town in the other direction. This property's location is absolutely perfect.

No breakfast included. Perfect location Loved the patio with table and chairs

That the laundry room was in same area of our bathroom separated by a screen. We had to lock the door to our suite when out and at night. Luckily we didn’t encounter anyone. Would have preferred a wall where screen was and entry to laundry & garage as is, outdoors. Access from the patio. Other suites have access this way. A wall needs to go up there as bathroom is right there.

Location was excellent .Easy to find. Nice and quiet.

Maybe a n opener for the garage be included with the keys.

I loved the property was clean and tidy had all we needed and was so close to everything

Loved the location and unit was perfect. Host was accommodating to some extra requests which was gratefully appreciated.

Car got damaged on the roadside which was unfortunate
