Retreat on Rita ~ Downtown Mount Maunganui with beach access

Loved everything about this place. Nice and cozy. Had everything we needed and was so close to places. Handy being close to the beach. Everything was great, we would 100% stay here again!

Walking distance to beach and to cbd using access ways.

Bathroom off shared laundry and garage not cool!

The bed was so comfortable and the location was quiet and secure with everything I needed with amenities so close to me.

Excellent location. Very large property - much bigger than expected. Value for money. Had everything you need for a short-term stay. I extended my stay. I had one small issue that the host company fixed quickly. Their communication was outstanding at all times.

Shared laundry not ideal. $1000 holding bond was in fine print. I think a small welcome pack for travellers is good. Other properties I stay in have milk, coffee/tea sachets which is warm and welcoming.

Excellent location. We parked in the garage and walked everywhere. The bed was comfortable, and the location was quiet. We would definitely stay again.

Bathroom could use a tart up and a better extractor or a shower dome.

Large apartment with a well equipped kitchen. Washing machine and dryer plus washing line too. Very close to the centre of the Mount for shops/restaurants/cafes as well as the beach.
