Very nice and equipped apartment, 2 bedrooms with 3 large beds. 3 bathrooms. Kitchen is very well equipped! Very close to 5 Avenida and swimming pool!

Unluckily we weren't able to use the free included parking located at -1 level because the entrance was too high for our low car

Genial. El apartamento está muy bien ubicado. A 2 minutos de la quinta avenida (pero calle tranquila) y a 5 minutos del ferry. Al lado está el mercado donde comer comida local a precio local. Cerca hay un supermercado local (soriano). El apartamento tiene mosquiteras y aire acondicionado en todas las estancias. Tiene nevera grande, lavavajillas, lavadora y secadora que se agradece mucho en sitios de tanta humedad. Había pastillas para la lavadora y el lavavajillas. También había gel, champú y un botiquín. Wifi en el apartamento y en la piscina de la azotea que es estupenda. Teníamos terraza privada con jacuzzi y barbacoa. Mauricio estupendo en todo momento. Se nos olvidaron cosas al marchar y nos lo solucionó eficientemente. Nosotros volveríamos sin dudarlo.

Close proximity to everything. Easy access to the building regardless of the time you reach in. Clean and spacious rooms. Jacuzzi and awesome pool. Appropriate amenities and a barbecue grill

The neighbors roosters the was a bit loud and the pool is great but would have been awesome with a heater

Great location and nice apartment with everything you need to cook etc.

I've stayed here before and usually it's a quiet building. This time it was Playa Del Carmen Carnaval at the nearby square and there was loud music till deep in the night. Even with noise cancelling headphones I couldn't sleep and the windows were vibrating from the bass. Should only be a problem if you book during Carnaval (usually end of February). There was a beautiful large bath tub, but not enough hot water to fill it. Halfway the water turned cold so I ended up boiling water on the stove to fill the bath. Not the best experience.

nice apartment in a good location close to everything. The built-in washer & dryer was really handy. The noise level from the city was reasonable and with the AC running you could barely notice it. We had no problems. Would stay here again.
