Aesthetically needs work outside but quite good on inside, patio furniture needs to be upgraded, 2 plastic chairs let the place down, water pressure bad, bare minimum equipped kitchen

The location and the beach are amazing! If your wish is to escape the chaos and relish in nature and tranquility, then this is the perfect destination. The hostess is welcoming and friendly. Despite the hotel's apparent age, the apartments are clean and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The only improvement needed is the provision of a designated area for drying swimsuits and other items. We've observed a common issue with this aspect in Cancun's hotels (Yucatan). Thank you! Our time here has been the most enjoyable during our stay on the Riviera Maya.

This property was absolutely above our expectations. So private and beautiful! We’re coming back for sure.

- since our room didn't have a ocean view, some outdoor tables would have been appreciated

The location felt very safe (inside a closed gate). I left my computer in the room while away and did not worry at all about someone entering. We enjoyed the quietness of the beach. We pretty much had it to ourselves. Granted maybe we got lucky and other properties were not booked that weekend. Really enjoyed that the TV had access to Netflix. I also want to add that Ana who I believe is the host was very helpful getting me checked in early on the first day and also got extra towels sent up to the room and asked if we needed anything else. Very reassuring having her phone number and also that she could speak English. Lastly I believe the location is super. It's about 25 minutes south of the airport and about 20 minutes north of Playa de Carmen.

The air conditioner was located right over the head of the bed. It worked great and didn't make a lot of noise but personally I never like having a cool breeze blowing on me at night. I made a deflector out of cardboard which worked fine.

I loved the view, it is outstanding.
