"If you want to go the the beach, this is a great place. No noise, no bars."

Closeness to the water. Closeness to Cancun Airport. View from the balcony. Ease of Communication. Easy Parking. The beach was in OK condition, which is good compared to other beaches.

Beautiful location, excellent room! I wish I had more time stay here. It's a quiet area with Puerto Morales and Playa del Carmen within driving distance.
