You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site at 6 EURO FIXED FEE PER PERSON PLUS 1 EURO PER DAY OF STAY, PER PERSON. The cleaning of the apartment is responsibility of the owner, but the sink, crockery and hob must be left clean by the customer and the customer must take care of the disposal and free the property from any personal effects, otherwise an extra charge will be applied by the owner EUR 45.00 for this service. The guest can choose if he wants to use the fans for free or the air conditioning ( one split in the living room ) at the extra cost of 7 euros per day . "Good choice if no need for AC"

Very clean and great communication with the owner. But sadly we haven’t paid attention about the lack of AC - that was described in the property description… so my fault

Sadly no AC. Again, my fault to skip this in the description as I couldn’t imagine this could be the case. For 2 rooms only one ventilator (seems to be exception as per owners comment). So read carefully all the description and rules provided in the text to avoid disappointment. Wi-Fi generally slow speed but not critical and mentioned in many reviews already.

"Will forever remember it"

Steffano is the owner and architect behind this incredible villa. WOW. He was SO sweet and welcoming and we had the best time with him. Our stay in Villa Raffaello was the best night of our trip. Great spacious apartment, very clean. We will defiantly come back ♥️

That we didn’t have more time in the villa 😓

"Comfortable and clean appartment with little garden"

The owner was very kindly, he gave us informationus about a very good restaurant and a nice place near the beach. The house had all facilties, we had a place outsite for our breakfast and it was very clean. Many thanks Stefano!

"I wouldn't book again"

House was big enough for all of us and there was lots of space outdoors. There are plenty of places to eat and drink in the vicinity and can be reached by walking. Beaches are exceptional in Sardinia.

Property furniture is very out of date and kitchen surfaces can put you off cooking as a result. The owner was very thorough with information but personal with unnecessary questions. The TV wasn't picking any channels and missed a few Euro games. The beach at San Paolo port isn't that big therefore a car is a must to get around and visit other beaches.
