You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site at 6 EURO FIXED FEE PER PERSON PLUS 1 EURO PER DAY OF STAY, PER PERSON. The cleaning of the apartment is responsibility of the owner, but the sink, crockery and hob must be left clean by the customer and the customer must take care of the disposal and free the property from any personal effects, otherwise an extra charge will be applied by the owner EUR 45.00 for this service. The guest can choose if he wants to use the fans for free or the air conditioning ( one split in the living room ) at the extra cost of 7 euros per day . La pulizia dell appartamento è responsabilità del proprietario ma il piano cottura e le stoviglie saranno responsabilità degli ospiti stessi. La smaltimento dei rifiuti e della spazzatura è a carico dell'ospite. Se l'ospite fosse impossibilitato a farlo dovrà comunicarlo preventivamente al proprietario il quale applicherà un costo extra di 45 euro. L'ospite potrà decidere se usufruire gratuitamente dei ventilatori o utilizzare l'aria condizionata (uno split nel soggiorno) al costo extra di 7 euro al giorno.
