You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site at 6 EURO FIXED FEE PER PERSON PLUS 1 EURO PER DAY OF STAY, PER PERSON. The cleaning of the apartment is responsibility of the owner, but the sink, crockery and hob must be left clean by the customer and the customer must take care of the disposal and free the property from any personal effects, otherwise an extra charge will be applied by the owner EUR 45.00 for this service. The guest can choose if he wants to use the fans for free or the air conditioning ( one split in the living room ) at the extra cost of 7 euros per day . Very nice location for visiting Tavolara and super friendly host. Stefano even helped us polishing away some scratches on our rental car and gave us great tips on eating out.

"Good value for money and excellent location"

Warm and friendly host, always available. Excellent location, close to many beaches, a couple by foot and many more beautiful ones in a short drive. Spacious, clean and lovely outdoor area. Plenty of grocery stores close by on foot. Peaceful and relaxed ambience. WiFi worked perfectly.

Pillow weren't the most comfortable, but that is personal preference of course.

"Fantastic, gorgeous, safe, cool place!"

Stefano the host is amazing - very responsive, thorough and kind. He spoke with me in English well which I really appreciated as my Italian is not good yet. It was an absolutely stunning home and property, walking distance to many options for groceries, food, ocean. Felt very safe there - very important for a solo female traveler. The facilities were perfect and I wish my stay were longer!

Literally nothing bad to say about this place I’d come back as it was a fantastic stay! The only thing I may mention is I couldn’t establish a reliable wifi connection during my stay. It said I was connected but wasn’t and couldn’t get anywhere with it after trying many things. The options to find it in town weren’t readily available either which was stressful only because my cell plan worked in US or Spain only and this was my first stop in Italy so didn’t have time to figure out a new SIM card. I sat outside a restaurant to take care of my final hotel and flight details instead of at the home. Sardinia is a place you shouldn’t be on your phone anyway so it wasn’t a huge deal outside of the criticalness of needing to book my next steps with ease.

Stefano was a very helpful host, flexible in terms of check in, and always available for questions or anything we needed.

Wifi was a bit weak and on an off, we used our own hotspot for working and streaming movies.
