Luxurious & Central Condo In Playa Steps From The Beach

The location of this condo building could not be better! It is on one of the most beautiful streets I have ever seen! All of the restaurants are set in natural surroundings with green, blooming trees and natural running water and the beach is at the end of the road! If you prefer the hustle and bustle of 5th Avenue, it's right around the corner, too. The condo itself was huge and very clean. The pool is nice and large and has nice loungers. There are also 2 hot tubs.

There were some plumbing issues and, when notified, the host sent someone over immediately, but some of the issues remained (kitchen sink did not drain, toilets did not flush super effectively and the shower in the master didn't have great water pressure or heat), but nothing greatly affected our stay. None of the TVs seemed to have any channels, but we weren't there to watch TV (except for the beginning of the Super Bowl).

Location is the best, the most beautiful street on playa full of restaurants, nice boutiques, and sooo close to the beach. The place is big, clean and comfortable!

We didn’t have water for one day, and even though it’d been scheduled from the property, we were not told. Better communication would be better appreciated. WIFI is BAD, if planning to work fm here, it’s not a good option. Hard to make a WhatsApp call even.
