Luxurious & Central Condo In Playa Steps From The Beach

This place is amazing, a real gem! Quiet, stunning swimming pool and hot tub, roof terrace is included!

The location is the best part of this booking. We loved being within walking distance of great restaurants and shopping. We also enjoyed the space offered in this condo. Showers were hot and kitchen allowed us to make breakfast and snacks. The half bath was great because there were 4 of us.

I would not call it luxurious by western standards. We really could’ve used a washer/dryer. There were odd things like the sink had pulled away from the kitchen counter leaving a gap. There were not many utensils or dishes in the kitchen so cooking and eating wasn’t the best. Plastic chairs and a wrinkled sofa cover doesn’t say luxury.

The flat we stayed in (A14) really needs to be refreshed. We felt that it was cheaply/poorly furnished and dated. We had requested doors/chaires to be fixed and had to request a new sets of pans since the one we were provided were either broken or very old and disgusting. Last but not least, half of spots don't work. For the standards of this Condo, this should be checked and fixed prior guest arrival.

The property is in a great location right next to 5th Ave. The property offers great facilities with a great pool and hot tub. The property was very clean and the host was so quick to respond to any questions that we had.

A beautiful and comfortable apartment in a very central location. The swimming pool is wonderful and for once I was pleasantly surprised by how large it was, as photos so often make it look bigger than it is. Also very well designed with a shallow area for either relaxing or as in our case, playing with baby! The roof top is wonderful, especially in the evening. Many gadgets in the kitchen, like coffee maker, kettle, toaster and electric juice squeezer. Very helpful and friendly staff.

As it is very central, a little noisy at night (but fine with earplugs).. a few more glasses for juice/water rather than flutes for champagne would be practical. The hob needs some fine tuning.
