Luxurious & Central Condo In Playa Steps From The Beach

Spacious unit with larger kitchen & great upstairs shower. Easy communication with host & lovely foliage surrounding property. The furniture in the living area was nicely made & comfortable. The locaion was ideal, on the nicest block in Playa -- lots of trees, quiet, shaded. Close to a favorite high-end restaurant of ours, Amate 38.

Première impression : Belle entrée. Deuxième impression : Belle piscine Troisième impression : on entend absolument rien pourtant juste derrière la porte coulissante c'est la 5e avenue. L'accueil dès plus souriant et chaleureux, un personnel présent et actif qui entretient la résidence en continue, bravo à eux. Une grande piscine, 2 jacuzzis, une pataugeoire, salle de sport. Sécurité à l'entrée avec caméras, de même qu'au niveau du parking. L'emplacement est idéal pour manger, glacier Aldo's juste en face, à 300 m de la plage pour de belles balades et/ou voire activités. L'appartement en duplex est superbe, 2 grandes belles chambres avec salle de bain chacune ainsi qu'un salon par niveau, disposant de leurs tv (chambres et salons). Tout le nécessaire est disponible pour laver le linge, de même quant à la cuisine avec en plus des glaçons et de l'eau, par cette chaleur c'est très apprécié. Le linge fourni est largement suffisant pour une famille, nous étions 5. Encore merci à la femme de ménage et au personnel de la résidence. Le propriétaire est au petit soin et répond très rapidement si besoin.

Un condo muy bonito justo al lado de la quinta avenida. Todo cerca . Muy comodo y muy bien cuidado. Ha sido una estancia fantastica. Nos hemos podido relajar y disfrutar de la piscina que era lo que buscabamos.

Heerlijk ruim appartement, zeer schoon en alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Top locatie gelijk om de hoek van leuke 5th avenue en het strand om de hoek. Hostes erg aardig en reageert gelijk als je vragen hebt. Zwembad beneden heerlijk!

There is no wash machine

This condo is on a lovely tree lined street with tons of restaurants and just a very short walk to the beach. The pool is fantastic and while you can walk out the door to for to so many wonderful restaurants and be in the heart of the city, it’s super quiet, relaxing and calm when you come back. Gated entry

There was a bit of a musty smell in the condo.
