Luxurious & Central Condo In Playa Steps From The Beach

The apartment is very big. A bit too big in my opinion. The pool was great. The location is excellent. On the 5th avenue but quiet on most nights. One night there was probably a party and that was noisy. I suppose if you come at a highly touristic season it would be very noisy and the bedrooms are facing the 5th.

The design was lacking. old fashioned “modern”. No warmth. The bedroom was huge with empty walls creating a depressing feeling. The other balconies had plants. Ours had pots with earth in them and no plants. There was a strict and angry rules letter. If you don’t obey for this and that, $200 fine.. the lights weren’t all working properly, the balcony door didn’t lock, one of the glass table’s legs is not connected and there were more small things like that. The communication with the apartment owner was bad from the start, so I didn’t bother to contact them until we left. There are many apartments in this complex. The one we got was badly designed and badly maintained.

Took over an hour to check in, woman at the desk did not speak a word of English and called communicated through WhatsApp with who I assume was the manager, again took literally an hour to get to our rooms from when we got there

The apartment we booked is NOT what was pictured on Booking.com. There is NO jacuzzi on the rooftop and the lights up there barely worked so we ended up not using it. The one jacuzzi for adults in the common area broke during our stay.

Very close to everything. The beach restaurant shops. Everything was walking distance.!! Very spacious condo with many deck areas. Very nice pool area which was never crowded.!! Overall a very beautiful place to stay!

If you needed anything you had to message the property. You couldn’t just go to the front desk and ask for what you needed. I had to message for hand towels, we had no blankets for our beds. Our refrigerator was not working, and we had no water in the cooler . It would’ve been nice to have beach chairs to take to the beach. Other renters had them in their condos. By the time we figured out, we could rent them from a bike shop it was time to leave. It was sometimes hard to communicate with the employees because they spoke no English, but they were always very friendly! We also did not have any access to any television the entire stay, which is not that big of a deal because that’s not what we came for. But would’ve been nice if we wanted to watch a movie.!!

Perfect location. Plenty of room. A/C worked great.

Need to know in advance that it’s actually called Via 28, otherwise you’re going to have a hard time finding it.

The location is perfect. Short 3 minute walk to the best part of the beach. My teens loved the pool and so did I! The condo unit was lovely and better than expected.

We had everything we needed except wash cloths, which was probably just a housekeeping over sight.

Proximity to restaurants, bars and cafe's - including the shopping district Private parking in a secure compound at the property was a real bonus, especially for renting a car during our stay Plenty of space for 2 people, but could easily take two families Pool and hot tubs were a bonus

Some areas were not as clean as we'd have liked, but it didn't impact our stay at all
