Sehr zentrale Lage und doch ruhig gelegen. Schöne Poolanlage

Der Lift war zur Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes leider defekt (gemäss Auskunft eines anderen Bewohners der Anlage ging er bereits vor einem Monat kaputt).

Nice and calm condo, a bit off the more noisy center of Playa. Right at the shopping and restaurant zone (5th Ave) and 3 min from the beach

Minor comment/suggestion: a few more hangers for towels etc in the bathroom

דירה גדולה עם בריכה מפנקת, מיקום טוב קרוב לשדרה החמישית, מיטה נוחה קרוב מאוד לחוף ומסעדות טובות.

אחת מהמקלחות לא עובדת כראוי, מלוכלך מאוד בדירה, הרצפה לא נקייה וגם הכלים לא נקיים, יש קיר שיורד ממנו חתיכות עובש בסלון. אקוסטיקה גרועה. בין החדרים אין באמת הפרדה ושומעים הכל מהחדרים. צמוד לבנה יש בניין בשיפוץ שיש ממנו רעש כל הזמן, בערב מסוים הייתה הפסקת מים בדירה והמארחים אמרו שאין מה לעשות והודיעו להם שרק בבוקר המים יחזרו.
