The outside is a bit untidy, it needs a fresh coat of paint. Tv signal was poor

At this time of year, February, other than the hotel part of the resort, it is very, very quiet. This booking came with accessing all of the resorts amenities, including the pool, gym, sauna, bar, and restaurant. In the summertime, I can see this as being an amazing experience.

This apartment is on the third floor. Although the apartment owner has no control over this, the elevator was broken, which made it difficult to move our luggage. There was only one set of towels left for a 10 day stay. The owner did arrange to have them changed halfway through the booking. I suggested to the owner, it would be nice to leave some instructions for guests.

The layout of apartment was crazy . The "studio"was fine . The bedroom was a bed in the entrance hall . The kitchen was adequate but lead straight into bathroom.. weird . In the bathroom the bath took ages to empty . The shower worked but could not change from overhead to hand held . The balcony had great views especially sunset but the 1 chair was far too big better with 2 .

Wifi signal was a bit on low side ,washing machine would be a bonus.Tv bracket needs fixing and bathroom door needs shaving

The balcony is amazing, and I literally saw a pack of flamingos fly right above my head during my late-night on the balcony enjoying the view.

The place is rather old/worn and not particularly clean. Lots of stains on the couch and dead mosquitos on the walls. There's literally NOTHING available for cooking, not even sugar for the coffee or salt for an egg. The booking details said check out was up until 12:00. At 11:00, a lady knocked on the door (and disturbed my Sunday morning coffee on the balcony) to ask me to leave, as check-out was at 11:00, at the latest. Not cool!

Facilities re cooking and washing clothes very poor. Air conditioning leaked a lot of water. This was reported to the owner on the first day, he responded to say he would sort it out. But didn’t. We had two weeks of water all over the floor when the ac was on. There was a bad smell coming from the plug holes. Waste water kept coming up into the bath. A washing machine would have been useful ad we were in the accommodation for two weeks. Ants were also a problem in the apartment.
