Nothing it was all good

Location was excellent for walking to bars and restaurants. £5 taxi drive from train station.

The apartment needed a better clean. When we arrived . Salt on the dinning table . Tooth paste spots on sink, splashback . Shower needs a deep clean. Didn't effect our stay.

I never had problems when I rented directly with booking, but renting directly with them is not safe. They cancelled the reservation without a call, without a text, just an information here, a few hours before. Throughout the apartment there is information about making the reservation directly with them. But it's not safe. Don't do it. In addition, the employees at the office reception are extremely rude. Unfortunately, beauty, does not provide politeness and friendliness.

Location couldn't have been any better, the car park was close enough to it.

Fantastic location right in the heart of Derry. Apartment had everything you’d need and the staff were very friendly and responsive in their messages. Amenities in the apartment were lovely!

The door had been painted right before our stay. Although they had a little sign on it, still got a bit of paint on us. Also the buildings on quite a slant so had some bits and pieces roll off the bed. But nothing major.
