Location is extremely central and convenient

Location Great - in the centre of the city, close to everything. Easy access into the property via key code and box.

The apartment was up 2 flights of stairs which my elderly parents struggled with. The rooms were very small and the living room smelled musty. It needs a bit of TLC - cracked tiles, stained sofa etc. Some of the apartments in the photos looked great, we got the one that wasn't. Water was cold unless you pressed a "boost" button. Dad had a cold shower before we figured this out.

Spacious, clean, well appointed and spacious apartment in a great location. Easy self check in procedure.

It was a clean properly , and a quite area.

Because we booked two apartments and one of those apartments was cancelled due to water damage , we were all put into the 1 apartment , 4 girls - 2 in one bed and then 2 on a sofa bed which had no duvet or spare blankets , heating was not working properly it was absolutely freezing.

The location was excellent.

The entire complex was filthy. The floors were dirty and sticky. There was what looked like blood stains smeared on the walls in the halls going upstairs. There was vomit at the main entrance door which had been stepped in and carried up the stairs to the apartments...the smell was horrendous. The smell of cigarettes was also overwhelming and again carried throughout the building. The apartment itself was a decent size and had everything we required but the sticky floors and smell were so off-putting. We bought air fresheners for the apartment to drown out the smells that carried throughout the building.
