The bed was comfortable

Sadly we were on top floor not suitable for us too many stairs. The shower was dreadful just trickled. Cleaning standards need improved the kitchen wasn't clean

"Black mold health hazard prevented us from staying. See photo."

We did not end up staying here as there was black mold visible in the flat.

There was black mold spreading in a windowsill above a bed where a child would be sleeping. This is a health hazard. When I contacted the property, they offered to send maintenance, but black mold could not be remediated in the course of an evening. I told them we couldn’t stay there, and asked for a refund. They refused a refund.
