The bed was super comfortable, sofas too, heating worked perfectly, water was nice and warm and was very adjustable in the sinks and showers.

The lack of cutlery, condiments, seasonings, shampoos, soaps.

Good area, parking close by. Everything within walking distance. General shop just across the road and takeaways close by.

Silly things four of us went in the end but only cups in the press for three people. More tea towels. But overall a good area. Clean apartment comfy beds. So happy.

Only the location

The flat smelt strongly of cigarette smoke. The flat was dirty. Beds smelt and carpet is stained & dirty. Bathroom was mouldy, sink taps are rusty and no hot water. Radiators in bedrooms didn't work. Hallway leading to apartment is scruffy & carpet stained.

Dingy, tv didn’t work, pigeon noise at 5am on bedroom window, wouldn’t cook in the kitchen,neighbours knocking on door at 3am

The property is in a great location, a walk away from foyleside shopping centre. Gorgeous view over the river at night if walking across. The apartment had all the cooking facilities we could need, lovely bathroom and really comfortable bed. Really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend! Great value for money.
