Discrepancies Between the Ad and Reality First, your listing advertised "dog friendly" in seven different places, so we did not think separate approval was necessary. Furthermore, your description of "Free public parking" was misleading, as it was simply street parking and not what we expected from the advertisement. Likewise, while a washing machine was advertised, there is a fundamental difference between having access to a machine ourselves and having to ask you to do our laundry each time. 2. Unauthorized Entry and Other Issues We are concerned about how you observed our dog on the furniture when we were out for about two hours for dinner on the second day. Please clarify if someone entered our room without our consent while we were away. In addition, the ant problem was significant from the first day. While we regret not taking a photo, we must state that there were far too many ants until you cleaned. 3. Unreasonable Handling of the Situation Your proposed solution of moving us to another room at midnight was entirely unreasonable, especially since you were aware that we had to leave for our flight at 3 AM. While you may not have received complaints from other guests, attempting to dismiss our experience by comparing it to theirs is a common tactic that avoids the core issue. Excellent apartment and wonderful hosts. They welcomed us with a raki shot and some cake and gave us useful advices.

The windows are not secured and it's scary to let them opened during the night.

Per noi è stato moltop comodo raggiungere l'aeroporto e andare a cena ad Heraklion. E' stato molto comodo il parcheggio dell'adiacente supermercato per il carico e scarico dei bagagli. E' a pochi passi dal mare ed ha un bellissimo terrazino.

Se avessimo dovuto cucinare gli spazi della cucina e del piano cottura sono troppo ristretti, perfetti per chi deve solo prepararsi la colazione

Sehr nette Gastgeber. Alles vorhanden,was man braucht. Alle 3 Tage frische Handtücher. Haben auch sehr gut geschlafen. Immer wieder gerne.

La nostra camera era ampia, pulitissima e soprattutto letto molto buono. In più avevamo giardino a nostra disposizione. Lo consiglierei ❤️

In più c’era super mercato grande a due passi da noi. Proprietari della struttura erano molto gentili e disponibili in qualsiasi momento .grazie
