Beds are never really comfy

Location was perfect, across the road from La Zenia Boulevard and 10 minute walk to Paddys Point, €8 or €9 in a taxi to Cabo Roig or you can rent the electric scooters which is about 10-13minutes and €8. The property itself was beautiful, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Plenty of space and a lovely terrace to sit and relax. Property itself is very quiet and safe!

Flott lokasjon, og spesielt bassengområdet var veldig fint og rent.

Vi mottok en e-post fra eier om at vi skulle kontakte Karen en dag før ankomst. Vi ringte Karen flere ganger, men hun tok aldri telefonen. Til slutt fikk vi endelig tak i en David på telefon og avtalte at vi skulle møte Karen utenfor tannlegekontoret ved La Zenia kl. 12.00 dagen etterpå. Karen dukket aldri opp og vi ringte flere ganger uten å få svar. Til slutt svarte hun på telefonen, etter ca. 20 min venting og sa hun skulle sjekke opp noe og så ble telefonsamtalen brutt. Hun ringte aldri opp igjen eller svarte på telefonen. Etter ca 40 min venting kom en dame som vasket leiligheten, og hun snakket ikke ett ord engelsk. Hun viste oss leiligheten, tok ikke imot depositumet som vi hadde fått beskjed om å betale, og dro med beskjed om at vi skulle legge igjen nøklene inne i leiligheten når vi dro. Leiligheten var helt ålreit, men det stinket kloakk inne på badet på hovedsoverommet, og dette ga en ekkel stank inne på soverommet også.

Beautiful complex with lovely pool and garden area. Have stayed in this apartment on 2 previous occasions so was familiar with the facilities. Close to Zenia Boulevard, restaurants, supermarket and a pleasant walk to a selection of beaches.

Great property in a great location. Extremely helpful re check in. We used it just for the day as we had an early check out from our other apartment but a late flight. It was perfect and spotlessly clean. Would recommend

The property was really nice. Modern, spacious and well equipped with everything you might need. It’s in a great location; just over the road from La Zenia Boulevard and close to numerous bars and restaurants. The communal areas were very well maintained and the pool looked great (too cold to go in).

The proximity to the boulevard means the apartment is next to a busy road so it can be quite noisy even at night especially if you’re in the bedroom at the front (as I was). Not much you can do about that but worth just bearing in mind. While the apartment was spotlessly clean, the bedding on the single beds in room #2 were well worn and off-white. There was only one pillow on the bed, the spare pillows in the wardrobe had no covers and were a little unsightly. Found myself using a t-shirt as a pillow case….not ideal but needs must!
