Beautiful apartment in a great location, pool area spotless and gorgeous

Location and facilities were great

Location was good pool was nice

Bedding,pillows mattress was stained really bad air-conditioning wasn't working..

Location was excellent. Close to Zenia Boulevard, restaurants, supermarket and a pleasant walk to the beach.

The air conditioning in the double bedroom, although functioning, didn't seem to be circulating as it perhaps should.

The property is in a great location. The apartment is extremely secure and the outdoor area and pool are fabulous.

Everything was great.

Location good, property good

We were not met by English speaking Karen. The non-English speaking lady gave us the keys but could not explain the use of the secure gates or parking. Did not see anybody on day of departure, so difficult to leave secure property with remote control gates then return keys to apartment. Definitely need to be met by Rep and seen off on day of departure

Apartment was abs perfect, well furnished and equipped, lovely seating areas and outside seating areas. Coffee machine with pods and washing machine available to use. Also very quiet

The only negative comment is the key was hard to use both on the door and gates, at times it took us a couple of minutes to open either and all 3 of us would have to try. Also another set of keys would have been handy as there were 3 of us
