Beautiful apartment in a great location.

The complex is lovely and clean and next door to Zenia boulevard

Very modern clean and beautiful pool areas. Located 50 yards from large shopping mall and easy walk to the best bars and restaurants in the area safe on-site parking a bonus also. You must try food at paddy’s point especially the Sunday roast.

Centrally located and convenient for shops and local restaurants. A nice, sunny terrace near to the pool. Plenty of space and good kitchen facilities.

There is a little road noise as the property is located near a busy road. Despite the name, the property is NOT near to the beach (a 20 minute walk away.) I suspect the property has housed smokers previously - there was a slight smell of smoke. Also, a few minor repairs are needed (broken toilet seat / shower fitting/ air con unit remote control) and the pillows and sofa could do with an upgrade.

Apartment was not clean - smelled of smoke on arrival, bedding didn’t smell fresh, only one soap provided in one of the two bathrooms. Both coffees machines did not work. Sofa was broken which we contacted the host to report this to on arrival. No contact details provided for the host or Karen in the apartment or for emergency services. No deposit taken upon arrival and no one came to check us out or meet us to give the keys back. We were told to leave the key inside the property and close the door behind us. The apartment was broken into on the first night of our stay with both phones stolen leaving us completely stranded and with very little money for the remainder of our trip. Could not contact host or Karen. Upon speaking to all local residents and neighbours they have informed us this is a very frequent occurrence. As this is a new development being a few years old, with cctv and securely gated area you would expect this to be a safe place to stay for short or long term. As you can imagine this was a shock to us as at first glance we thought the place was lovely. Furthermore, as this property is well secure with secure door, shutters and locks you would expect and think a person or persons had just walked in through the front door with a key and helped themselves to our belongings.

Perfect 2 bad 2 bathroom apartment. Clean comfortable and great location

2 double beds would have been perfect . However this would not stop us staying there again . The bus stop just across the road takes you straight to Torrevieja bus station in about 15/20 mins for €1.60 . Torrevejica looks great at night at this time of the year with all the lights with lots of bars cafes and shops to explore. This is our 3rd time in 3 years we have stayed at this particular property and we will be back next year 🤞🏻🙏🏻
