"Excellent location, ideal for family gathering but very disappointing overall."

The location was excellent and the size of property ideal for our party of 8 adults and1 child. The rooms were nicely decorated and very spacious.

The property owner did not respond to our messages. We had booked a cot but it was not provided and despite messaging the owners it never arrived. There are various items of maintenance required including wobbly toilet seats, loose toilet roll holders, bath over flow is not correctly fitted , the cooker hood light is permanently on, as is the emergency light at the top of the stairs. The table in the lounge is very wobbly. There are no baking tins in the kitchen and only a couple of usable saucepans. All the beds are uncomfortable and need replacing. The floors are filthy.

spacious bedrooms, lovely modern bathrooms, good location for what we needed

nothing we didn’t like about the property. some more mirrors would be great but not the end of the world.
